HOUSE CALLS

Whether your dog needs basic obedience, behavior modification or Puppy Development (remember we specialize in Puppy Development), we come to your home. Our travel charge is only $25. By necessity, our service area for house calls is limited. If you live outside our mobile service area, don't worry, we can still help you! We can meet you at a friend or relative's house, or you can come to our clinic location near LBJ and Marsh in north Dallas.  There is no travel charge when you come to our clinic location.

Our house call area covers primarily north Dallas. This includes Highland Park, Park Cities, Oak Lawn, Carrollton, Addison, Farmers Branch, Lakewood, Lake Highlands, Richardson, Valley Ranch, Coppell north Irving and general locations in North Dallas including Frisco. We cannot go to south Garland,Mesquite, Balch Springs, south of I-30, to uptown or downtown Dallas or to Oak Cliff. If you folks who live in these areas will just give us a quick call, we can arrange a meeting at a suitable location or our clinic location, and you can still get the best help available in the Dallas area.

For those who live inside our mobile service area, we are easy to work with. We do our best to accommodate the day and time slot that you prefer. We can almost always guarantee the day you want, but we have to arrange our calls geographically for time slots. Give us your preference and we'll do our best to work with you. We know how busy folks are these days, and we make it a point to be respectful of your time. Once your time slot is set, we are prompt. We cannot control traffic jams, but if we are going to be even 15 minutes late we will phone you. We keep appointments to an hour or an hour and 15 minutes. We don't make you wait all day, cancel on you or stand you up. We expect the same respect in return. Our cancellation policy is three days. We schedule Tuesday through Saturday mornings. Time slots are 8:30, 10, 11:30 and 1 p.m. There is a $20 premium fee for Saturday (and evening when available) appointments.
